Daigon’s founder and Director has a firm belief that construction project management is the key success in any building project be it big or small.

Your journey with us starts from your first point of contact. We’re polite, couteous and professional. Following a short discussion or some exchanges of emails we will follow up with a site visit to go over your requirements in more detail.

Our client base varies from full time investor through to homeowners with no experience in the processes of design & construction.

Daigon will advise and guide you through all stages of the project and often the first stage will be architectural & structural designs. We have a number of architects, structural engineers and planning consultants to hand to ensure the advice you receive is right for you. If you already have your plans prepared we are more than happy to work from these too.

If a specification hasn’t been prepared we will prepare this for you free of charge and from this we can produce a detailed quotation/tender. An example Daigon quotation can be seen here. This document forms part of our contract and programming schedule to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction.

Your project is in the safe hands of our building contractors, always overseen on a daily basis to meet our strict quality control and our construction project management ethos. A programme of works will be offered so you know our realistic target dates and planned stage payments throughout the project so you only pay for what works are fulfilled. We never ask for a deposit because we believe this overlooks an important part of a clients trust in a contractor.
